Clarity allows you to learn how to meditate in Italian with the expert guidance of a professional and to develop awareness of your inner resources to feel good.

Here's what you can do:

The content creator behind Clarity is Gennaro Romagnoli, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Disseminator, and a great expert in meditation, featured in mainstream media and national publications such as Rai 1, Canale 5, la Repubblica, il Mattino, Cosmopolitan, Donna Moderna, StarBene, and Psicologia Contemporanea.

To introduce you to meditation with Gennaro's “scientific” method – hence the term Scientific Meditation – you will find a free 10-day course that teaches you how to meditate correctly in an easy and fast way.

The guided meditations will lead you step by step in practice, while the theoretical part will enable you to learn the basics of correct meditation and reap the benefits discovered by science.

In addition to the 10-day course on Scientific Meditation, you will find sections for:

<li>Guided meditations</li>
<li>Semi-guided meditations</li>
<li>Relaxations</li>
<li>Sleep audios</li>
<li>Enhancements</li>
<li>Paths (self-esteem, resilience, habits, and others)</li>
<li>Gratitude daily journal</li>
</ul>

Some content in all these sections is free while some are paid.

To access all the content in the application, it is necessary to activate a paid subscription with a monthly or annual plan.

In the settings menu, you can:
<ul>
<li>Set a daily reminder notification at your chosen time</li>
<li>Consult the "Support" section for technical questions and the most common ones about meditations</li>
<li>Modify your email address and password</li>
<li>Manage your subscription</li>
<li>Access the suggestions board to request new content from Gennaro to include in the app and vote on proposals from other users</li>
<li>Join our Facebook group with over 25,000 beginner and expert meditators following our method and follow Gennaro on Instagram</li>
<li>Review the terms of service and our privacy policy</li>
<li>Switch the language from Italian to English and vice versa</li>
<li>Log out or delete your account</li>
</ul>

SUBSCRIPTION PRICES AND CONDITIONS

Some audios and sections in Clarity are "locked" (indicated by the lock icon and translucent color).

To access all content, Clarity offers two subscription types:

<ul>
<li>€9.99 with automatic monthly renewal</li>
<li>€89.99 with automatic annual renewal (€7.49 per month)</li>
</ul>

The prices are in Euros and valid for Italian users. If there is a different currency in your country, the price will be converted based on the current exchange rate.

Both plans include a one-week free trial, after which the plan amount will be automatically charged to your iTunes account. Depending on the chosen plan, the subscription renews automatically monthly or annually but can be canceled at any time up to 24 hours before the next renewal deadline in the "Subscriptions" section in iTunes account settings by turning off auto-renewal. If you cancel before expiry, you will still have access to all content until the next renewal date. The amount is automatically charged to your iTunes account as soon as it is paid; otherwise, you will receive a payment error notification and have a short period of time to resolve payment correctly; otherwise, access to content will be lost. If you activate the subscription before the end of your trial period, any remaining trial days will be forfeited.
